Return Policy

At REVIX, we want you to be satisfied with your order. If there’s an issue with your item, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • Free of damage or stains

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items
  • Discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Worn or washed products

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We’ll make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified about the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We currently only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For sizing issues, we recommend placing a new order after your return is approved.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
